1. Accounts

1.1. To place wagers or use tugabet.com, you must register and create an account on the Website.

1.2. You are permitted to have only one account per person, household, IP address, and device. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all such accounts being blocked or closed, and any bets placed may be voided. Any deposits, returns, winnings, or bonuses accrued through duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and you must return any withdrawn funds from such accounts upon demand. To open a new account, contact [email protected]; your existing account will be closed. If you discover you have multiple accounts, notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to account suspension.

1.3. During registration, you must provide all required information, including a valid email address. An invalid email may prevent password recovery. You are responsible for ensuring the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

1.4. You must choose a username and password during registration and keep these login details secure. Tugabet is not liable for account misuse due to intentional or accidental disclosure of your login details to third parties.

1.5. We use SSL encryption to ensure transaction security. All customer data is treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties.

1.6. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit (e.g., credit card deposits must be withdrawn to the same card).

1.7. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the term of this agreement and promptly notify Tugabet of any changes.

1.8. Transferring funds to or from other players’ accounts, or buying, selling, or acquiring user accounts, is prohibited.

1.9. If a wager or payment is confirmed in error, Tugabet may cancel the wager or correct the mistake by re-settling it at the correct terms, prices, or spreads that should have applied at the time of placement.

1.10. If you become aware of software errors or incompleteness, you agree not to exploit them and to report them immediately to Tugabet. Failure to comply may result in Tugabet seeking full compensation for costs related to the error, including those arising from your failure to notify us.

1.11. Tugabet reserves the right to withhold payments if there is suspicion or evidence of casino system manipulation. Criminal charges may be pursued against anyone manipulating or attempting to manipulate the system. Tugabet may also terminate or modify any games or events offered on the Website.

2. Payouts

2.1. The minimum withdrawal amount is €50 or equivalent, unless otherwise specified. Maximum withdrawal amounts depend on the payment method, with amounts exceeding the limit paid in installments.

2.2. If your account is mistakenly credited with winnings due to technical, human, or other errors, those funds remain Tugabet’s property and will be deducted. If withdrawn before the error is detected, the amount constitutes a debt owed to Tugabet, and you must notify us immediately via [email protected].

2.3. Funds are consumed instantly upon deposit, and Tugabet does not offer refunds or cancellations. Large wins may be paid in monthly installments.

2.4. Tugabet may conduct verification procedures at the first withdrawal, requiring documents such as a passport, national ID card, utility bills, or copies of debit/credit cards used for deposits.

2.5. All KYC documents must be genuine. Submitting false or fraudulent documents may lead to confiscation of deposits and winnings.

2.6. To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager active deposited amounts at least once before withdrawal. You are responsible for any taxes or fees on winnings as per your jurisdiction’s laws.

2.7. Payouts are supported via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) for Visa and Payment Transfer for Mastercard. Successful processing is not guaranteed, as banks may block or reject transactions at their discretion.

2.8. The Website’s operating currency is Euro. Transactions in other currencies may incur slight variations due to bank or payment processor conversions.

2.9. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Additional time may apply depending on the payment method.

2.10. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur intermediary bank fees, outside Tugabet’s control, up to €16.

2.11. Maximum withdrawal limits are €1,000/day, €3,000/week, and €10,000/month, unless otherwise specified or for higher VIP levels at Tugabet’s discretion.

2.12. Winnings exceeding €15,000 may be paid in monthly installments of up to €15,000 until fully disbursed.

2.13. Tugabet may require additional KYC procedures for deposits, such as a selfie with identification documents. Documents (e.g., ID, payment methods, utility bills) must be in Latin or Cyrillic alphabets, or video verification may be required if these cannot be provided.

2.14. Tugabet may call the phone number provided in your account as part of KYC verification. No withdrawals will be processed until verification is complete.

2.15. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur additional intermediary bank fees, limited to €16, beyond Tugabet’s control.

2.16. Tugabet is not a financial institution, and accounts do not accrue interest or offer currency conversion/exchange services.

3. Bonuses

3.1. Bonuses are limited to one per person, family, household, email address, IP address, phone number, account number, payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, e-wallet), or electronic device.

3.2. Bonuses are available to all players unless restricted by country, in which case citizens of those countries are ineligible.

3.3. Abusing bonus offers may result in Tugabet prohibiting you from receiving further bonuses and canceling any winnings obtained with bonus funds, during or after wagering.

3.4. Using bonus funds solely to progress through bonus stages (e.g., collecting 9/10 coins for a bonus feature) and completing final stages with cash bets after bonus funds are lost or wagering is met is prohibited. Such winnings may be voided.

3.5. Fraudulent actions to meet bonus wagering requirements will result in cancellation of all winnings.

3.6. Bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement, maximum bonus amount, wagering terms, maximum bet limits during wagering, and a validity period, unless otherwise specified.

3.7. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to a maximum bet during wagering of €5, 7.5 NZD, 10 CAD/AUD, 100 CZK, 90 ZAR, 10 BGN, 40 DKK, 40 HRK, 25 RON, 50 NOK, 1950 HUF, 5 CHF, 0.027 LTC, or 0.00019 BTC. This includes bets doubled after a game round and bonus rounds purchased within games.

3.8. Bonus winnings are withdrawable only after meeting all wagering requirements.

3.9. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be wagered 40 times before withdrawal.

3.10. Bonuses are sticky: you play with real money first, then bonus funds. If bonus funds are lost, the bonus is also lost. Withdrawals cannot be requested until wagering requirements are fully met.

3.11. Bonuses are valid for 14 days from receipt, unless otherwise stated.

3.12. If wagering requirements are not met by the end of the bonus period, the bonus and associated winnings are void.

3.13. You may request a withdrawal of your deposit before meeting bonus wagering requirements, but the bonus and winnings will be void, and remaining funds, if any, will be paid.

3.14. You may cancel any bonus without wagering it, without losing your own funds.

3.15. Only one bonus can be active at a time; deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

3.16. You may refuse any bonus offered by Tugabet.

3.17. Delaying game rounds (e.g., Free Spins or bonus features) to a time when wagering requirements are met or after making new deposits is prohibited.

3.18. Not all games contribute fully to bonus wagering. Unless specified, contribution percentages are:

3.22. Winnings from bonus funds are subject to a verification check before withdrawal processing. Tugabet may request confirmation of personal data and payment method details.

3.23. Tugabet may revoke bonuses and winnings or confiscate account funds if obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.

3.24. Tugabet reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms at any time.

3.25. Using bonus or cash funds solely to progress through bonus stages (e.g., collecting 9/10 coins) and completing final stages with cash bets after bonus funds are lost or wagering is met is prohibited. Such winnings may be voided.

3.26. Bonuses are accrued in Central European Time (CET).

3.27. No prizes will be awarded if you are in a cooling-off period at the time of winning.

3.28. Winnings from bonuses are capped at 10 times the bonus amount.

3.29. Some bonuses have a maximum win limit (e.g., a €100 bonus with a €10 max win cap limits winnings to €1,000).

4. Welcome Package

4.1. Promotions are available only after completing all Welcome Package bonuses, including wagering, unless you received an increased welcome bonus, which does not require completed wagering for other promotions.
